Speciality
He is specifically dedicated to cataracts, cornea as well as corneal and intraocular refractive surgery through the implantation of phakic and/or pseudophakic lenses.
The surgical techniques which he has worked with and researched the most include corneal surgery using excimer lasers, the implantation of intrastromal rings using femtosecond lasers (INTRALASE/VISUMAX) and the implantation of ICL phakic lenses; he is one of the surgeons who has implanted the most lenses of this type worldwide.
He also has extensive experience in cataracts surgery using phacoemulsification with a small incision and the implantation of multifocal lenses for the correction of presbyopia.
